Submission systematically declined as Duplicate, for 2 months

@Ozzy​ No, the alternate title is still not there in the releaseinfo page. If one sets the language to Français (France), I suppose that one sees the French title because this is the same as the original title: for instance, I also get the French title if I change the language to Italiano (Italia), as there is no imdb display title for Italia. Note that if an imdb display title is the same as the original title, it is still required to add it. Hence my report.

@Ozzy​ Concerning the "it is still required to add it", see the last paragraph of the title policy at Alternate Title Policy Change (August 2018) and the Alternate titles (AKAs) help - Attribute definitions: "We are now encouraging the submission of an imdb display title for all known countries, including the country of origin. [...]"
