Submission System suggests new names that are already in the database
Was recently adding a new name to a cast list, and found that the suggested next roman numeral for said name was for one that already exists in the database!
I also tried it with "Harrison Ford", but didn't get the same result, so I don't know if this is specific for 'Adam Ford', or if the issue affects other names too.
The problem is, if you don't spot the duplicate, and select the "not currently listed" option, the new credit will be added to the existing name page, verses creating a new one.

Not exactly the same, but similar.
-Select any title, and choose to add a cast member.
-Type in "Francisco" and select the 'Check These Updates' button.
-Note that IMDB gives you the option to create a new name with the roman numeral of XL.
HOWEVER, this person already exists! https://www.imdb.com/name/nm13891251/
So, instead of creating a new person, as the interface suggests, this new person/credit gets added to the existing filmography of "Francisco (XL)".
