Submission Rejections, even with evidence

Hi IMDb crew! I was hoping to get some help getting some submissions approved. Yesterday, I submitted two Sound Department credits for myself, and both have been rejected. I uploaded just about every piece of evidence that I could come up with, including pay stubs, emails, time cards, and images. I made a similar submission on September 24, with similar evidence, which was approved. The submissions in question are - 251009-171902-218000 251009-174250-374000 I appreciate any help you can give me. I am an IMDb Pro member, a working professional sound editor with 2 Emmys and 2 MPSE Golden Reels. I'm just trying to get fair credit listed for my work. Thank you! John Matter
