Submission rejected time after time

Hi there,

I'm sure this question must have been asked (lots of times) but how can I narrow down the reason that my submission is being rejected? I simply get "does not meet submission guidelines" which frankly is not very helpful. I'm submitting myself as uncredited cast of a movie - I've provided payslips and contracts and even several screenshots from the movie itself and yet all I get is the same response - "does not meet submission guidelines". How do I find out specifically what I'm missing or doing wrong? Given that several of my colleagues have been credited without issue, it seems they are navigating this maze more successfully than I am.
