Submission items rejected because "unable to verify."
Recently saw the made for TV movie "Believe Me: The Abduction of Lisa McVey" and noticed that at least one acting credit was missing, DESPITE the fact that IMDb says the cast is complete and waiting verification. So I did an edit to not only add the missing credits, but to add order numbers (for the credits shown at the start only). For the explanation, I mentioned that the cast list was not complete (despite the warning telling me it was) and that I was looking at the cast list in the movie itself (end credits).
Just what did someone try to do to verify the information that they weren't able to? Did they just not like my explanation? Think I was trying to credit people that weren't in it? These were people actually listed in the end credits with their name and the character they played. I actually skipped one because I wasn't certain I was picking the right person, and didn't want to accidentally credit the wrong person.
Should I include a reference to roughly how far into the movie (or into the credits) to look to verify the information? Do I need to provide a not on how to find it on Amazon so someone can watch it directly to verify it? There's at least one person who was in the credits at the start that has a minor but important role in the movie that I also recognize (so I know it's the right submission based on the name shown and seeing them in the movie).
So how do I help the verification process? In the notes, it says to provide an explanation, which I did the first time around, thinking that since it was giving a warning about the cast being complete, it would help to avoid the items being rejected with the explanation that I was looking right at the credits in the movie itself to enter the information.
Help?

If possible, you can take screenshots and include them in a resubmission as described here:

GOOD MORNING WOLFIE, IN THE PAST, I NEED TO BE ADDED A FEW CREDITS AND VERIFY EACH, SO I RENTED/BOUGHT THE VIDEOS, AND DID A SCREEN GRAB, SENT THE JPG TO IMDB, AND PROBLEMS SOLVED.
IMDB HAS SETUP GUIDELINES FOR MANY SCENARIOS LIKE OURS, AND THEIR WORKERS ARE OVERWHELMED WITH REQUESTS EVERY DAY AND TRY THEIR BEST TO INDIVIDUALLY HELP EACH PERSON. I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE HELP.

Wolfie,
Regarding this portion of your post: "I actually skipped one because I wasn't certain I was picking the right person, and didn't want to accidentally credit the wrong person."
There's no need to skip a credit. Here's what to do:
Just don't pick anyone from the dropdown. Then when you Check updates, you get a menu of choices. Select the "I am not sure" option.

”I’m not sure” option could work with some English-language names/cases. For others, probably not so much.
