@Fran​ The image originated from a VHS recording someone did; I did find a newspaper listing so maybe that can help.

My resubmission has been rejected as well. Plus, the narration appears to have come from a separate VHS release, and this appears to have been the version broadcast on the Discovery Channel in 1990. If this gets accepted, I will adjust the 'alternate version' section to reflect this discovery.

My revision based on the VHS tapes I uncovered has been rejected, and while the narrator credit contribution is still pending, I can guarantee you that it will be rejected as well.
