Submission deleted

I made a submission of a theatre performance on IMDb and it was approved and so were all the details but then it got deleted a few days ago. I sent IMDb a message and they did not really help. So I am hoping someone here can help me to find a way to put it back on the website as there was nothing wrong with it.
