Submission declined after submitting proof (3/29)

Have yet another case of a submission being declined even with proof attached. I needed to provide proof of the narrator after it was declined from my previous submission. This submission was meant to provide proof for that declined credit. Help would be appreciated!

Hello! I have a similar problem as well Maya. I submitted multiple times trying to get my contribution approved, but it always comes back as declined. I am trying to remove a relationship that shouldn't have been there from the first place.
