Submission approved but not posted

My December 9 submission #201209-171613-806000 for the new doc feature "Missing in Brooks County" spent several days pending, then showed as approved o/a the 15th.  To date, the change requested in the submission has not gone live.  Two weeks since approval seems like a long time to wait for it to be posted.  Anyone out there know how to grease the wheels?  Thanks in advance!

Hi Craig -

Unfortunately, the tracking display is incorrect, as I can see that the company credit update was rejected.

Do you have a screen grab of  the film on-screen credits showing that your company was credited as "funding/executive producer" that you could post here for our staff to review?

No, I don't, and I can tell you that it's not on screen anyway.  This is something that one of the producers asked me to try with IMDb, as they had apparently promised Fork Films they'd receive an EP credit in return for funding and production support.  Somebody must have forgotten that when it came time to compose the screen credits, because the only EPs mentioned are people.

The EP credit was initially submitted in the Producer category (https://contribute.imdb.com/contribution/201208-152351-649000/?ref_=ra_his_wa) but was declined.  No explanation was given, but I expect it was because only people can be included there.  So I tried again under the Misc. Companies category and it appeared to be approved, maybe companies can't have that title and that's why it never went live.

Anyway, it's not something we'll make an issue about.  Thanks for taking the time to check and respond.  Happy 2021!
