Hi,

This submission has been approved - #221026-174446-634000 - but is not displaying.

Proof docs were also resubmitted, but the second submission was declined.

Please can you help?

Thank you.

Hello jsmith88,

I have checked your credits and you are right, the credit was approved. What is happening is our display logic requires at least one fully credited listing on a name page before anything will show. This means if a page has only uncredited listings it will appear empty, even if your addition has been approved.

Once a fully credit position is added to the page, all (uncredited) data will also appear.

Thank you.

Unfortunately I don't have any fully credited listings on IMDB, just one where the name was put incorrectly, I have tried to correct it, but it was rejected.

I have uploaded a payslip from the studio and screenshot of the soundtrack CD listing the same studio, can I use these to get a listing?

Do you have the 18-digits submission reference number for the rejected correction? I might be able to take a look for you. Do you have an onscreen credit for this project?

The rejected correction is #221029-212812-596000 .

I don't know if the credit was on-screen.

Thank you.

We could not verify your modification since it did not have a valid piece of evidence attached. I encourage you to re submit with an onscreen credits screengrab as evidence, for our editors to be able to verify the credit modification for you.

Can the original request 221026-174446-634000 be verified with a payslip if there is no onscreen credit?

A onscreen credit is necessary in order to have you listed on this title. I am afraid, we are not able to modify a previously rejected submission that had no evidence included. I encourage you to re submit your credit with the onscreen screengrab for our editors to be able to validate it for you!
