Storyline error

In season 6 of How It's Made, the storylines of episodes 8, 9 and 10 are mixed up.

Catsbulle: As indicated at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0835010/episodes/?season=6 I see there is an error, but the question is how to correct it.

We have the following episode numbers, titles, and plot summaries, which are switched around:

S6.E8 ∙ Fibreglass Insulation/Wooden Ducks/Gumball Machines/Exhaust Systems
Uncover the secrets behind the strength of windshields, find out how English saddles are constructed, churn some butter and discover what's so special about post clocks.
S6.E9 ∙ Chains/Bagels/Vinyl Records #1/Vinyl Records #2
Uncover the manufacturing genius behind common items such as fiberglass insulation, wooden ducks, gumball machines, and exhaust systems.
S6.E10 ∙ Windshields/English Saddles/Butter/Post Clock
Ever wonder how chains, bagels and vinyl records are made? Find out on How It's Made.
However, none of these episodes have a date more specific than "2005".
The question to me is, are the plot outlines wrong, or are the titles wrong? In other words, what is episode 6.8 really about, what is episode 6.9 really about, and what is episode 6.10 really about?
