Still Image declined?

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6328918/  #240901-195741-248202  I submitted a Still image for this episode which is a capture from the actual video published yesterday @1080p on youtube. I used the same frame captured from that video. It is rare that an image is rejected for me. Would someone review the rejection? Note that back in 2000 TV was 480i 4:3 and now it has been remuxed to 1080p using pan & scan by their production facilities. I can post the image here if needed via reply. Did not know if I should paste the 'check status of contribution' link here publicly.
