Staff unhelpful with correcting sections on alternate version titles grouped under "edited into"

Submitted a request to change two titles listed under the page of 1954's Gojira to be grouped under "versions of" instead of "edited by" (ended up noticing a third title listed after I submitted it). I also requested that the descriptions explaining why they're alternate versions should be kept, since I believe they were sufficient enough to keep I made my submission pretty clear, and yet the people didn't understand a clue as to what I was requested.

I am quite frustrated with how it's been turning out, and to be honest, I cannot tell if these are real people I'm contacting or if they are bots. No offense to them of course, since I could understand why they got confused. I'm honestly now worried that I am not actually being clear about what I'm describing.
