Staff help needed with declined submission

I have no idea why this is being declined, but it is--and after three tries, I've given up. The first two were the original, then the original with an explanation, followed by a completely new submission. All three got the boot!

The latest one is submission #230109-014623-563000

I've provided an explanation, as well as a link in the submission pointing to another episode where the relevant information can be clearly seen; there is absolutely NOTHING incorrect in the goof I'm submitting. Period.  But I keep getting the silly 'sorry, but we can't verify....' message. I don't know why not! Just WATCH the episode I linked to and look for the name I cited. *sigh*
