Spoiler tag for images?

Can IMDb consider implementing a "spoiler tag" for images?

If users could tag images as containing spoilers, could IMDb then ensure
that the system would not display spoiler-tagged images on main title pages?

(Spoiler-tagged images would remain available on a title's gallery page,
but would not be displayed on the front main page of the title.)
