Splitting Akira Ishida (I)

The voice actor Akira Ishida (石田彰, born 1967) and the comedian Akira Ishida (石田明, born 1980) are different people. Their names are written differently in Japanese and they have different Japanese Wikipedia pages:

The photo and the actor credits attributed to nm0410907 are for the voice actor 石田彰 (except for one for an idol producer born in 1970, but I can sort that out myself), but all the "Self" credits are for shows the comedian is known to have appeared in, and the voice actor is not known to have appeared in.

The "Self" credits should therefore all be moved to nm11390992, which currently has an acting credit for a TV drama the comedian is known to have had an acting role in.

Is there a way this can be done without me having to manually change the person credited for each individual "Self" appearance on each episode of each program?
