Source?

For years and years and years and years, the Victor Sjostrom-directed Lillian Gish film The Wind has been designated in every reliable source I can find as a film released in 1928. Up until very recently, this included IMDb. Now, all of a sudden, somebody has submitted a new release date of November 8, 1927 in London, nearly a year before what used to be the earliest release date for this film. Nowhere online can I find any source for this claim, and since IMDb doesn't include sources the way Wikipedia and other sites do, I'm left wondering where in the world the supposed evidence is for this earlier release date, and apparently I'm just supposed to trust IMDb's editors. However, I do not trust them. I believe this release date is erroneous and should be deleted, and will continue to believe so until somebody produces actual evidence.

3 November 1927, "Tuesday next" is 8 November:
The thing is, as you can see, it's not a public screening, it's an industry screening (trade show, market screening) for exhibitors, which is clearly stated:
This is from 10 November 1927, which indicates it's still up for sale and there is no public release date:
There's also a trade show listing on 23 November - Liverpool and 25 November - Leeds.
In short, this date is clearly not suitable to be added as a release date because of this rule:
"Market screenings that are by private invitation only are not considered public releases, therefore should not be considered as release dates." - https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/release-dates/GVUUDEPJNAW6G35P
Therefore, it should be deleted. It may be noted via a trivia item.
