"Sorry, your video upload failed." Trailer Video Error on Scorecard

I've been trying to upload a trailer video through ScoreCard but the same message keep showing up: "Sorry, your video upload failed.
Your upload was interrupted. Please try uploading your video again." I was able to upload images, and add titles. But I can't upload my trailer video. I have tried multiple times, with different browsers. The video file is 1,9GB.

Can anyone help me? Thank you

Hi, Videcarli. Welcome to the IMDb Community forum! What is the video codec, audio codec and container format of the file you're trying to upload? According to https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/industry-professional/imdb-title-scorecard/GR6ELNEMQZADBQ2B#new_videos, ProRes file formats are not supported.

Thanks for your response, Videcarli. This information should be helpful to the IMDb staff, who may be able to figure out what is going awry.

Hi Videcarli -

There are a number of situations which could cause your video upload to fail.

You will need to make sure that your Video file meets our recommended Video Settings:

File Size: Up to 10 GB
Length: From trailers and clips to full length feature films
Quality: From standard to full HD 1080p
File Format: Most major formats such as WMV, AVI and Quicktime. IMDb does not support ProRes file formats. IMDb also accepts most major codecs but recommends H.264 for optimal results.

Once you have confirmed your video settings are sound, I would encourage you to check the following:

1) Confirm that you've filled out all the required fields to enable the upload button.
2) Check your internet connection. Our upload process contains robust error and retry functionality, but unstable internet connections can cause problems. 3) If you are using wireless, try switching to a hard line.
4) If your computer has a sleep mode, please turn it off.
5) Your ISP may be having temporary issues, trying again later may resolve the problem.
6) Make sure your browser is up to date. Using an older browser may result in upload issues.

Please try re-uploading your video, if you continue experiencing a problem, please confirm what happens when you attempt to upload the video, are you seeing any errors messages?

Try the entire process on your smarthphone, it worked twice for me!
