There could be one of two issues happening here:
1) Sondra Locke was featured in the episode but her credit is missing from the cast list, in which case her missing credit needs to be added to the episode.
or
2) The image displayed does not belong to the episode "The Killer On the Hill", in which case you should Edit the image tags to remove the image from the show/episode title page. For more information about reporting images I encourage you to review our Help Article.
