Someone please tell me what part of this review is making it declined?

My reviews seem to get routinely declined even though I've read (and abiding to the best of my understanding) the rules & guidelines many times.  I'm not cursing, not referencing others IMDb reviews or ratings, not being hateful, or political, or off-subject, nor talking in all caps (short of when choosing to EMPHASIZE certain words).  My reviews are more often than not declined if they aren't quickly accepted.  Why?
