When McGarrett and Williams confront Mr. Moorewood as he's coming back from the grocery store to ask him some questions, detective Williams asks how he can afford all these trips on a salary of $14,000 as a vice principal. $14,000 in 1975 is the equivalent of $86,893.16 in 2026.
