Someone keeps uploading and changing posters to lower quality.
I have previously uploaded publicly available posters for the three titles listed below, I have linked to the corresponding high quality English posters that I had previously set as primary posters.
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0048473/?ref_=tt_mv_close
better poster- https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0048473/mediaviewer/rm2023787521/
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0048956/
better poster- https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0048956/mediaviewer/rm547458049/
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0052572/
better poster- https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0052572/mediaviewer/rm2084100609/
I have changed these posters as primary multiple times but every single time this person in question keeps uploading very low resolution posters every few months and setting them as primary posters and in some cases deletes my posters altogether.
I would like to request the staff to look into this and so that this person is not allowed to sabotage these titles further. I have made requests already to change the primary posters to the ones I mentioned but they have sometimes been rejected before.
Anyway I'd like to thank the staff in advance and would hope to hear back soon.

Hi rudronil_nath -
As per our policy, the most iconic and widely-recognized poster, of the best image quality.
I can see that the poster images you referenced are of higher quality, however, I noted that they include a side text/date for "The Criterion Collection", which suggest the image may be for a more recent DVD/Video release cover vs an original poster.
Can you clarify further how you sourced these images?

Hi rudronil_nath -
Thanks for the additional information, I can confirm that these Primary poster requests have now been approved and are reflected on the site.
Cheers!

Criterion releases are DVDs and now usually Blu-rays. They’re not really ”posters” and should be tagged (type) as ”Product/Box Art”.
Sure, they look good on the site and are probably a better option than some low-res posters or other images.
