Someone keeps re-adding incorrect credits.

I am removing these credits for the third time. Most of them are already in their correct categories; only the credits for a few episodes, which were added for the first time, are not yet in the right category (though I have already submitted the corrections, so they just need to be approved).

However, it has reached a point where I believe this is being done intentionally. One of the series has over 100 episodes where the credits were added incorrectly yet again, even though I had placed them in the correct category the very first time I removed them from the wrong one.

I simply want to keep this submission on record so that the next time this happens (which I suspect it will), I can just point to it and request their removal, rather than having to do the whole process over again.
