Someone keeps adding themselves as a Producer on my film when they were not a Producer. How do I stop them?

I am the director-writer-producer of a newly completed film listed on IMDb. There are 3 people who keep adding themselves a 'Producers' on IMDb, yet none of them had anything to do with the film's production and none of them appear in the film's credits anywhere. The film was completed without their knowledge or involvement. They are simply owners of the company that is the US distributor, and yet they keep adding themselves as official "Producers'. Despite having them removed, they simply add themselves back on again.

How can I stop this from happening? They have no right to list themselves as Producers. It's absolutely false.

It looks unefficient how it's easy to add content to imdb, and removal is a pain.

Hi @twotonepictures -

Can we have the link to the title you are referring to and the name of the person being credited?

Thanks!

@Bethanny Hi bethanny, I believe the problem was addressed, I contacted someone on IMDb Support.

The film is 'The Cost' (2022).

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14490398

The persons wrongfully crediting themselves as Producers were Michael Thomas Slifkin, Jack Sheehan and Scott Martin. They've since been removed from the page by IMDb. Thankfully!
