Someone is submitting false IMDb credits and IMDb is just greenlighting them all
So I stumbled upon this odd issue. Some user is randomly adding directors to movies they didn't work on. Example: Sidney J. Furie suddenly has directing credits on low budget Italian horror movies. Unfortunately, someone at IMDb is greenlighting all of these changes almost sight unseen. They are doing a lot of damage to pages and, unfortunately, it is overwhelming to fix them all one at a time. I submitted five revisions that were approved. And guess what happened next? IMDb approved this person's next set of false edits/credits, so my work was pretty much for nothing. Is there no qualilty control at IMDb? Is there no way to contact IMDb directly? I want to tell someone the titles and directors being screwed with, but don't have the time or energy to do them all by submitting them manually.

Hi @udar55 -
Thanks for reporting this. It seams like they were all coming from the same account. Credits were deleted and extra steps were taken on the account to avoid them being added again.
Cheers!

Thanks for the reply. I just submitted a bunch more manually, but the damage done is pervasive. Can I send someone info on what I've uncovered so far? Or post it here? So far it is on tons of films and extends to tech credits as well.
