Someone fraudulently has an EP credit on the film I made

Hi. It's so bizarre that I have to come to a community board for this. I am the producer of a documentary that all of a sudden, I discovered has an additional EP that I knew nothing about, nor have I ever heard of the person. I made this documentary, from seed to fruit and controlled every element of it. I have a person still involved who is a pathological liar, who no doubt, is responsible for getting this person credited somehow. She is an incredible liar so it's so encouraging to see IMDB has such strong failsafe steps to verify. Anyway, regardless of that, I sent in a request  to IMDB to explain this was a fraudulent credit. I have never heard of this person ever before until I saw him as an EP on my film. IMDB declined my request to remove him. My request, to remove a person who does not appear in any credit anywhere in the film, who somehow has an EP credit, was declined. Un friggin believable.
