Some random data questions
Hi Imdbers and Staffers.
I just wanted to ask the following:
1: When I add a new episode, does that count as a new title submission? I would think so, because every episode, too, does have its onw titlepage. Or am I that far off?
2: I've noticed, (during my contribution-marathon in the last two months: which has certainly been fun, and I'm getting quite good at it, too!), that, in order to add a new title, it seems to be enough that said film is publicly available, i.e. youtube, vimeo, etc. So, can I therefore deduce, that some films I've made myself some years ago, could be added by me, providing they are available on either or all of those sites?
3: Can I somehow track how many images I've uploaded? Those are not listed in my update history - is there a seperate list somewhere I just might not have seen by now, but is accessable to me?
4: So far I have had the displeasure occur to me thrice, that, while I filled out the upload form, and rechecked the issues, the form became blank and everything was gone. Very unfortunate, of course; maybe not so much when it is just a plot outline, or an image; but far more so, when it is a complete new title list, i.e. cast, writer, camera, etc. Has somebody else have that problem, too. Or is it just me?

Hi @TheTigerInMe1980 -
In addition to the information Peter_pbn provided:
1) Yes, episode titles are counted as a new title page.
2) To determine if the titles you made are eligible, I encourage you to review our Help Guide.
3) As Peter_pbn mentioned, the best way to track is through your Contribution History, perhaps you can create a file on your desktop or device that you can add the submission ID's to for easy reference. Otherwise, I can confirm that of the images you submitted thus far we have approved 113 still frame images, 5 poster images, and 3 user avatars.
4) This is likely a timing out issue with your browser. To help prevent the loss of data within the submission form, you can always "Save" the submission as you go.
I hope this helps!

500+ should be correct. I have added several pictures lately, roundabout 80 -100 or so, or a little more. I didn't count them. The same thing with the Bio Badge, I might add, but it could be that the update takes a while, of course. I have noticed the update mostly comes around noon my time - here in Germany. So maybe that Bio-thingy will have taken care of itself in a few hours. But all in all I understand a little delay - all those goldies have been achieved during the last three months, so, I submit quite a few contributions, and September will be my record month, hands down.
I would also be very interested in the next "chapters", so to speak, from the Title & Plot Badge. Can it be that, after a Badge is at the illustrious 1000 Treshhold, the next chapter/update will automatically be 2500, than, 5000, 7500, 10000? I seem to remember that that was just the case with Lifetime total. If so, how does it continue from there (12,500 or 15000 or does the next update only show once it arrived at 25000)?
Those are things I am interested in, and, I am sure, others as well. Maybe you could submit a graph where these things are detailed, pin it on as important, so others can easily find it and check it out, so they won't all have to ask this question, or search for an answer in the archives.
I have, in addition to these, asked some more questions here.
So maybe you can answer them there, or in this thread right here. As you wish. (PS: Never mind the title question there, for in the meantime the badge was updated.)
One last question: Judging by the list for Top Mini Bio Contributors of 2022, I should be well on this list this year - will this Badge be a serperate one or will the Bio Badge merely be updated? Judging by the Badge Overview, I would think the former to be the case.

Hi Michelle.
Concerning the Mini-Bio Question: the latter. I would think making the top,i.e. being in the top 20 (according to this list) in Top Contributor Bio gives me, or any other in the top 20, this badge: Top Mini Bio Contributer.
But then again, the question you ask is interesting: Will those submissions also be counted for the Top Contributor yearly list?
PS: as you can see in the link you suggested, I already posted there, too. Directly replying to you, as well.

Hi @TheTigerInMe1980 -
I'm just circling back to confirm that yes, mini-Bio contributions do count toward the annual Top Contributions List.
Cheers!
