Some film/tv occupations in German language - translation help/Übersetzungshilfe ins Deutsche?

Hi.

I came across some occupations in German language. I know some of these, but it's probably best to know for sure (since this is a TV series with multiple episodes, so I don't want to repeat any mistakes). Please don't try to guess these, since it doesn't really help (I have done that myself below). I'm looking for pretty specific translations (perhaps not always possible, since the names of the occupations can change over the years, but still). Especially some of these producer-related names are a bit tricky.

* kamera = This should be "cinematographer" in this series (100% sure of that), but listed as "kamera" (perhaps a common thing in Germany in the 1980s?). The person is even listed with "BVK", which should be "German Society of Cinematographers".

* ausstattung = art director

* schnitt = editor

* bildtechnik = video technician (could refer to a person who sets up video monitors etc on the set)

* tonmischung = sound mixer

* kostüme = Is this "costumer", or perhaps "costume designer"?

* maske = make-up artist

* kampfchoreographie = fight choreographer

* regieassistenz = assistant director

* aufnahmeleitung = production manager

* produktionsleitung = executive producer

* herstellungsleitung = line producer

* gesamtleitung = supervising producer

* redaktion = journalist? script editor?

* fernsehbearbeitung = television adaptation (meaning the screenplay, which in this case is based on the "book = buch")
