SNL Summaries Declined Most of the Time

Most SNL episodes have summaries listing the sketches with the cast members in each sketch listed in parentheses.For example, "Sketches include Sketch1 (FullName1, FullName2), Sketch2 (FullName2, FullName3)." All the summaries I've come across so far are for the edited-for-rerun versions.

I've been going through and adding new summaries that include cut sketches (usually the musical numbers and any sketch with any music-rights issues), as well as name ID links for the first time a cast member is mentioned, shortening subsequent mentions to just the last name, and adding cameos and VO credits for the main cast members. For example, "Full sketch list as originally aired: Sketch1 (FullName1Link, FullNamet2Link), Sketch2 (FullName3Link VO, LastName2, FullName4Link, UncreditedLink cameo)."

Sometimes the submission goes through just fine, but most of the time it's declined for bad formatting. I can't figure out what I need to change to the formatting (Remove the name links? Use the full name for repeated names? Remove cameos or links for cameos? Something else?), so I've come here for some help on the subject. To give a real example, here's my declined submission for S33E1:
