"Smith & Wesson" changed to "Smith and Wesson"

I wrote a plot outline and a plot summary with the term "Smith & Wesson.' But the system changed the term to "Smith and Wesson," due to the ban on the ampersand, and it would not allow me to change it back. And so I had to submit both summaries using the term "Smith and Wesson."

The name of the gun is never spelled "Smith and Wesson." If possible, I'd like the staff to change the spelling in both summaries to "Smith & Wesson."
