Small error (does not prevent processing of data) when changing an epsiode title

I recently changed three TV series episode titles and received an error message. The change was still processed OK, but you might want to get someone to investigate because I think the change is interfering with itself. (oooooooooh matronnnnnnnnnnnn!)

Someone had given the various episodes of "The Hardacres" (2024) made-up titles such as "S1.E5" in the absence of any on-screen episode titles. I changed each of those to a blank title, by deleting the text in the Episode Title / Number field of the Updates page.

The confirmation email showed that two titles, Title Primary Text and Title Text, were being deleted, and the change to one of those was treated as an error because of the change to the other ;-)

I imagine that this spurious error message may affect anyone  who changes/deletes an episode title, leading them to panic and think that the submission has not been processed.
