Site vandalism - 64 images deleted from title

Only Fools and Horses. I recently added screenshots of every episode title screen for thumbnails. These were screenshots I'd taken straight from streaming services, so the quality should have been fine. (And was certainly better than many of the images on the title, which are frequently low res or oversaturated - not much excuse when it's been released on DVD.)
Someone has removed them all as the main image for the episode pages, which is the kind of nonsense people do - but I see someone has also successfully put in DELETION REQUESTS for these images.
Obviously I spent a long time on these (a couple of minutes each, we're talking at least two hours) so to see them deleted is disheartening... but I also wonder WHY? What possible justification could someone have to put in a deletion request that was ACCEPTED? Where they poor quality? I don't think. Duplicates? Definitely not. Irrelevant? No, they were screenshots of the EPISODE TITLES.
Two hours of work wiped.. and there seems to be no possible reason WHY.

Correction - some have just been taken down as the main image (though after this their survival is in doubt).
There are 51 left. 13 have been deleted.

What you did (making primary image of all episodes episode titles) was obviously wrong. And reverting what you did was correct. You say most are not deleted actually, just untagged as primary images. A few deletions were probably just a small mistake.
Anyway, you shouldn't make all episode primary images episode title cards when there are other still images that contain actual scenes.
