Should this happen with a Composer credit?
I added a composer credit, usually I leave the attribute box blank but as the credit appeared with 'music composed and directed by', I decided to add that in the attribute box feeling it may be pertinent info but when it was approved a week after the rest of the crew, it was moved by staff into the 'Second Unit Directors or Assistant Directors' section. Is it right to do that?
Should I just add it to Composers and ignore the onscreen credit job title?
Will it always get moved by the system if I add it this way?
Is the implication of 'directing' the music, which I assume means conducting an orchestra, a legit reason for it to be in that section, because it's the only credit with that attribute in that section so no precedent of it. Said attribute appears twice in Composer section however, so it's rare.
Since it's been a hard credit to add and it's for a series so I have to add it many times, I just want to make sure I can get it right as possible from the get go to proceed in a correct fashion. This was the sub no. #220203-161410-176000
I'll await a staff answer before I proceed with more but anyone else can share a view in the meantime.

Hi VonPunk -
The manual acceptance moving of the credit to the "Second Unit Director or Assistant Director" section seems to have been a staff processing error. I have now moved the credit to the appropriate "Composer" section.
Cheers!

Weird error to move it to the assistant directors section.
I would have said you should split the credit into a composer credit and a music director credit (in Music Department).
However, the Composers guide has the example "Music composed, orchestrated and conducted by", and it sounds like it can be included in the composer section.
