Should I add a podcast rerecorded in a second language with a different title as a separate title?

Hello, all.

I recently directed the voices in “Unleashed”, a new English version of the awardwinning Spanish fiction podcast “Titania”. It should be released soon. But I am unsure how to add the English version to IMDb. I think I should add it as a new title, just as remakes of films in another language are entered as a separate title. Or do I have to add it as a second version of the podcast under an “alternate title”?
