Should generic voiceover roles be listed as specific character names?
For example, if pedestrians are listed as "the local population" like here: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2103188/fullcredits/?ref_=tt_ov_ql_1#amzn1.imdb.concept.name_credit_group.7caf7d16-5db9-4f4f-8864-d4c6e711c686
Should actors be edited to have their specific pedestrian as the name instead of "local population"? For example, should any of them be changed if they are known? Like "beachgoer" or "gang member".

As a rule of thumb, the character name should reflect the character name that is credited on-screen.
If they are not credited with a specific character name on-screen, then our preference is the name they are known as on the title, however, if the role doesn't have a name, someone may be identified with a brief description (e.g., as "Man in Van" or "Woman with Umbrella").
