Short Film incorrectly labelled as TV Series

Hi - I am trying to update my short film "Escape Attempt" - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11822546/

So that it is correctly designated as a short film and NOT as a TV Series. I have tried to update the title to the correct format: Escape Attempt (2023) and it seems to not let me, giving me an error that the release date is incorrect. But - when I try to add a release date, this never seems to work...  

I'd love to get some clear step-by-step instructions on how to address this? OR - a direct contact email to IMDB where they can support it.
