Short film incorrectly labelled as part of web series

Ralph Sepe is a Youtuber who makes film reviews. This series is called Ralphthemoviemaker, like his channel. 

Ralph also makes short films, which are not part of his Ralphthemoviemaker show and are correctly listed separately on his IMDb -- King Candy, The High....

However one of his latest shorts, 'Ralph in the Multiverse'. Was listed as part of the review series. I cannot find where to propose this change; I only found how to change the episode number.
