No, there's no error there. Shia LaBeuf did voice work for the US 2005 uncut re-release version, along with an all-star cast consisting of among others Uma Thurman, Alison Lohman and Patrick Stewart.

The 2005 version is the same version as in 1984 (albeit the US release in the 80s was cut, but the 2005 version is the same as the original Japanese cut), and as such is not given a new title page, since it is in fact the same movie as before. You won't find any profile for the movie with 2005 listed as the year.
Similar cases can be found on other imported Japanese movies, like My Neighbor Totoro, in which Dakota Fanning did voice work for a 2005 re-release, yet it on her filmography it is listed as an 80s movie, 6 years prior to her birth. In her case it has been added as an attribute that it is for a "2005 Disney Version". I suppose it would make sense if similar attributes were added to Nausicaä.
