Sexual keywords

When a particular sex act or other intimate detail is an important plot point, as in the Netflix show Sex Education, it seems to me it should be possible to describe it with a keyword.

So why are some such keywords being rejected as not following guidelines? There is nothing about this in the keyword guidelines.
