Several submissions did not generate entries in Contributor History or send confirmation emails - but they *were* processed correctly

I noticed an anomaly yesterday when I was making a lot of submissions. I wonder whether it was a one-off or whether it was part of an indious problem that needs to be investigated. I submitted cast-order corrections for various episodes of a TV series, and two of them did not result in emails when I came to check them. That in itself is rare but I've seen it before. But when I went back to the Contributor History https://contribute.imdb.com/updates/history I found that there was no trace of them there either. And yet the changes in my submissions have been processed. I'd quote submission IDs but without entries in Contributor History I can't do that ;-) The titles that were affected were (in order of submission) "Don't Forget to Write!" (1977) {(#2.1)}, and "Don't Forget to Write!" (1977) (#1.1)} and they were made some time between 2025-06-25 18:37:05 (250625-183705-819000, the previous submission that was logged correctly) and 2025-06-25 19:06:14 (250625-190614-978000, the next submission after the missing ones, which was correctly logged). It's not a problem for me, but I wanted to bring it to your attention in case is it part of a bigger problem that may affect other people's submissions.
