Several re-submissions regarding images declined

Can a staffer look into the following declined submissions please? They've all been submitted once before.

#231104-150416-603702 (the country Japan should be deleted from this picture of a Dutch game show that has only been broadcasted in the Netherlands)

#231104-150516-324002 (is a photo this blurry really acceptable?)

#231104-150536-312802 (again, a blurry photo)

#231104-150707-039102 (I'm afraid this is one of those cases where the duplicated photo can't/won't be deleted, but I can't know for sure. It remains very annoying that contributors don't know beforehand which dupes can and can't be removed.)
