Series released on three different tv-channels

The seasoning is a bit off and difficult here.
The series was first released by rbb in 2004 and is still ongoing.
In 2012 Das Erste started releasing the series with some episodes from the rbb-series and some new ones.
Then the WDR came along in 2014 and did the same as Das Erste did. WDR even mixed in some of the Das Erste episodes.
Episode S1.E1 "Hitlers Reichskanzlei" is a perfect example of this problem:

It was released as the first episode of the 2012 series by Das Erste. That's why the date doesn't fit in.
I see two possible solutions:
1) Make 3 tv-series
2) go with the numbering of the first series and leave the other episodes without numbers.

If this is the same series but was shown on 3 different TV channels, we will list the series from the original and/or as how the series was initially released. Therefore, in this case, it will be solution 2.
