"Self" flag for the Talk Show genre?
Can anyone tell me whether a title in the Talk Show genre will presumptively have all cast members listed in the Self category (unless the "reenactment" keyword is used)?
This is in reference to the series "The Curious Creations of Christine McConnell" (2018) at https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8773080/ which is listed as a Talk Show but contains numerous fictional characters. In fact, I am not sure this show's format even qualifies to be considered a Talk Show in its fictional context (compared to, say, "Space Ghost Coast to Coast"), but I haven't watched enough of the show to rule that out.

I don't believe so.

Peter: The reason I ask is that I submitted a deletion for the "non-fiction" keyword (a keyword which does apply the Self flag), and that was accepted. Yet the cast members playing fictional characters still have this show in their Self section after three days.
I realize that even if that were sufficient to change their roles from Self to Actor/Actress, it wouldn't happen automatically. But I would like to know whether I have done enough already, or whether I need to submit a deletion for the Talk Show genre and/or add a "reenactment" keyword, too.

Hi @gromit82 & @Peter_pbn -
I can see that there is a bug related to the removal of the "non-fiction" keyword and the character credits being forced under the "Self" category. I have filed a ticket for the appropriate team to investigate, in the meantime, I have fixed all the cast credits so they should now appear under the correct "Actress/Actor" categories.
Thanks again for reporting!

Michelle: Thanks for taking care of this.
Does this mean that the Talk Show genre does not carry the Self flag by default? (As opposed to Documentary, for example, which does.)
