seemingly random fake "MPAA R ratings" on non-English content

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2410712/parentalguide?ref_=ttfc_ql_stry_5

This is one of many non-English live-action titles with fake "American R Ratings". I know they're fake because there is no MPAA descriptor and all films rated PG, PG-13, R and NC-17 in the USA since 1995 have descriptors on them. Can someone try to find other films affected by this problem and try to remove the fake R ratings on non-English films that have no official MPAA Descriptors, and check filmratings.com to validate and correct these errors?

I found another title with a fake MPAA rating. This looks like a kids film that has nothing R rated in it.
