Search for screening rights by country

Is there a searchable database of screening rights per country, and if not then is this an opportunity for imdb?
I live i vietnam, and whenever i want to watch a movie i have to sign in first to netflix, then amazon, then hbo go, then other licensed broadcaster to see who has the rights, if anybody. Often i cant find out.
If IMDb kept a live front end interface where people could view what platform they could view the show or movie theyre looking at in the country in question, that would be a major value ad for imdb. They could probably charge a nominal fee to license holders to retain that info also
