Scorecard doesn’t work and uploading trailer fail

I’d like to upload a movie trailer to an IMDB title page. But the Scorecard link doesn’t work and I don’t see how to proceed.

Hi Daydreamer - If you are having trouble accessing your Title Scorecard, you will need to make sure that you are logged into the exact IMDb account that was used to onboard your Title Scorecard. Once you are logged into that account, you should then be able to access via the following link: https://www.imdb.com/scorecard Let us know if you have any further trouble!

So I’m still struggling. Me nor my producer have managed to figure out with which account the scorecard for our film was created originally… So it seems we cannot do anything. Can you help us please?

Hi Daydreamer - Can you confirm the company you registered your Title Scorecard for?

Hi Maya and Michelle, So the production company that produced the film is Baldr Film, but I’m not sure if they created the Scorecard (they don’t remember and can’t seem to log in to the Scorecard…) This is the title link: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt15148442/?ref_=tturv_ov_bk This is a link to the trailer: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1JAPqhSdDS/ Does facebook work or does it have to be youtube? And in case we want to update the trailer in the future, what would be the way to go about it? Thank you very much for helping out. Best, Morgan

@Daydreamer- Thank you for the information! As per the links, if you have the trailer but from a Youtube link it will be better in order for the team to be able to review it. Once you have it, you can post it here. As Scorecard is still not available, for any updates, you can post them here in the meantime and our staff will further help.

Hi there ! Sorry for the late reply.I have a dropbox link of the trailer with English subs. Would that be sufficient ?

Thank you again for your help.

Alternatively, is there a way to find out who created the imdb title page for our film title ? We can't find out who owns it.

Also, it says "Title Scorecard access will be revoked if it has not been used in 365 days." This probably means we cannot access the Title Scorecard anymore? I'm confused.
