This isn't an absolute rule: "If the person is in-front of the camera or providing their voice, then they are considered Cast" as IMDb does not consider stunt men, photo doubles or Additional Voice credits (unless they immediately follow the cast) as cast members though they are in front of the camera or providing a voice.

This is true, it isn't absolute, apologies for not being clear.  In this specific instance, as these are clearly background/Self on-screen credits, they will qualify as Cast.

I just noticed this and wanted it to be noted for future reference since there are also stand-ins listed in the picture.
