Saved updates no longer accessible
I was working on an update of a Plot Synopsis over a few days, always saving the update at the end of a day, and accessing it again the next time in my Update History. But after saving it yesterday (210429-152357-818200), I got an IMDb Contributor screen that was otherwise blank (i.e. no thank you and reference to the update reference number). The number with the hyperlink is still in my Update History, but when I click it, I get the same blank IMDb Contributor screen. What went wrong?

Thanks for posting the additional details, I reviewed your account and also did not see any "Saved" submissions.
From my understanding, you were able to successfully Save the initial submission and received the "Saved" notification with a submission reference number (example below):
Is that correct?
Has this occurred with other Saved submissions or has this been the only occurrence?
