I tried to delete some of my reviews, but it's getting immediatly declined, i have the right to delete my own reviews.

Hello BenePedro,

When you made the deletion request, did you receive or notice a 18-digit submission reference number on the screen? we need to get more details in order to determine what is going on.

Also, you can post a screenshot of the error that you receive when you are trying to submit the deletion, any help is appreciate it.

@Fran I have to create another account because when i logout and i can't login again, this is really bad.

Here a some screenshots, but i wanna delet much more reviews.

Hi Beneborgespedro,

The reason why you can't remove the User Reviews is because the request comes from a different account, not the account which was used to review the titles. I encourage you to take a look at our help guides to get instructions on how to recover your old account which is the account able to request the deletions.
