Reviews seemingly not submitted but most likely are.

I wrote a rather lengthy review for a title and after checking the status, noticed that it had not been seemingly gone through with no email confirmation or receipt on my submission page. This is the third time this issue has arised in the past month, obviously due to updates. The first time, it took about 36 hours for the issue to be resolved and all the reviews I submitted in that time came through at that time so I did not have to rewrite them. The second time, it was about 12 hours. I encourage reviewers to copy and paste just in case. I save my reviews either in an email to myself or onto my phone memo app. This way, if you write a novel like I do, you have not lost it.

Apologies for our delayed response.

To help clarify, User Review submissions are not stored/displayed within your Contribution History, however, upon submitting a User review a submission confirmation page will display with an 18-digit submission number.

If you are experiencing any issues regarding submitting User Reviews (ie. you are not seeing a contribution confirmation page when you submit) let us know and our staff can investigate the issue further.
